Who do you work with?

I work with individuals and couples, ages 18+, who live in Washington State.

Do you offer in person or telehealth sessions?

I offer both! I have an office located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. I also offer telehealth sessions through my online client portal. Some clients do a mix of both!

How much do sessions cost?

My current rate is $160 for a 50-minute session. This applies to individual and couples therapy services.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance. I am private pay, which means that clients are responsible for the full cost of their sessions.

I do provide superbills to clients who wish to submit these to their insurance providers for partial reimbursement. Before you contact me, I suggest contacting your insurance provider to inquire about any Out of Network (OON) coverage for therapy that you may be able to access.

Do you offer sliding scale rates?

I do offer a limited number of sliding scale spots on my caseload. You can inquire about availability through email or during our consult call.
